Cooperation between ITK and Guangdong Provincial Arbitration Commission

The main topic of the meeting was to discuss the possibilities of long-term partnership between the Chinese Arbitration Commission and Russian colleagues. Currently, the Guangdong Arbitration Commission is actively expanding its activities in Russia and CIS countries, which opens new horizons for international arbitration. Interaction with the Guangdong Arbitration Commission is seen as an important element uniting Russia and China, contributing to the strengthening of business relations and the development of mutually beneficial partnership.

ITK SYSTEM is interested in joint adaptation and implementation of this tool in the Arbitration Procedure Code of the Russian Federation.

Special attention at the meeting was paid to the discussion of an innovative tool for initial processing of requests and making preliminary decisions on arbitration cases using artificial intelligence. Our Chinese colleagues have already successfully implemented it in their practice. Despite the fact that decisions made by AI are not legally enforceable, they greatly facilitate work and increase the efficiency of the process.

Chinese colleagues expressed their interest in cooperation and are ready to see Russian colleagues as guests and partners in the PRC. Both parties are confident that their cooperation will be fruitful and mutually beneficial, opening new prospects for the development of arbitration relations between the two countries.
